Still no DAC chip or FPGA. What has changed: a revised architecture, lower noise, a multilayer gold-plated circuit board and two batteries for continuous power. While one charges, the other takes over.
DIGITAL INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER
Designed for the DAC.
Last year, you heard an early prototype of our digital integrated amplifier. Since then, we have rethought and redesigned it from the ground up. For us, almost finished is not finished.
The planned specification includes relay-controlled volume, an external clock, 70/100 W output, a stereo XLR and a four-pin XLR connector, plus two stereo RCA inputs. Here too, the dual-battery power supply takes turns.
The units are compact. Their musical ambitions are less so.
The electronics will drive Popori Ottó’s electrostatic loudspeakers. Hear this unconventional system, in both engineering and scale, in Room 505 at the D50 Hotel!
